The room was air conditioned and neat, breakfast was marvellous. Included air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a kettle, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location of the property was magnificent and fantastic, near to an underground station. Staff were excellent and reasonably good, rooms were compact and equipped with good facilities, a fabulous view and the bedroom.  

Got an amazing breakfast included. Incredible central location right by centre of London and hyde park, Kensington Gardens and a tube station, and Lancaster Gate subway.

The location here is really great, with easy access to public transportation and the West End, and the breakfast options are amazing, with both continental and cooked options available.

I had a room all to myself with air conditioning and a balcony that had a great view. The location of the hotel was really convenient and I liked it a lot.

Lots of excellent food.

Amazing breakfast that includes coffee, croissants, toast, bread, and cereal. The hotel rooms are air conditioned and well-appointed with tea and £15 extra. The location is magnificent and unbeatable and the food is good. 

The room was compact and new-fashioned, with coffee, climate control, and so much space. The location was central, just next door to the Italian garden in Hyde Park too as well as the underground.

I had a very lovely stay on a business trip. The room was compact and modern, with big beds. The location was excellent and incredible, next to the Italian garden in Hyde Park. The view was wonderful!

Particularly good and stunning location, relatively near a Hyde park. Positioned in the nice quiet area, really close to the nearest tube station or Paddington Train station, restaurants and close to Paddington.
